This document governs the terms of use of the Website and the
purchase of clothing products through it. By accessing, browsing,
or making purchases on the Website, the User accepts these Terms,
as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy available
on the Website. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

These Terms may be modified at any time. It is the User’s
responsibility to review them periodically. The applicable Terms
are those in force at the time of purchase.

2. THE USER

By accessing, browsing, and using uniformactivities.com, the User
accepts this status and undertakes to:

● Use the Website only to make legally valid queries or purchases.
● Not place false or fraudulent orders. If detected, the order
may be canceled and the authorities informed.
● Provide truthful and lawful information (name, address, email, etc.).
● Be over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

UNIFORM ACTIVITIES is primarily intended for residents of Spain,
but allows international purchases. UNIFORM ACTIVITIES does not
guarantee compliance with laws outside the EU and declines
responsibility for unauthorized access or shipments to non-specified areas.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Products offered on the Website are clothing and accessories,
described in each product sheet (name, price, sizes, colors,
materials, and features). UNIFORM ACTIVITIES reserves the right
to modify or withdraw products without prior notice.

Product availability depends on stock. If unavailable after
placing an order, the User will be informed by email and refunded
partially or fully within 14 days.

4. PURCHASE PROCESS

To purchase, the User must:
1. Select products and add them to the cart.
2. Complete required data (shipping address, contact details,
payment method, etc.).
3. Verify information before confirming the order.
4. Explicitly accept these Terms by ticking the relevant box.
5. Click «Finish Purchase» to confirm.

After purchase, the User will receive an email confirmation with
order details. If shipping is available, the User will be notified
once the order is dispatched. Electronic invoices are sent via email
and may be requested at help@uniformactivities.com.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT
(21% for clothing, unless exceptions apply). For international
shipments, prices include customs duties, tariffs, or taxes,
which are the User’s responsibility.

Accepted payment methods:
● Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
● Bank transfer

The Website uses SSL secure payment protocol. Payment is processed
upon purchase; orders are not handled until payment is confirmed.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping zones
UNIFORM ACTIVITIES ships to Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands,
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) and internationally. Users must provide accurate
delivery addresses. UNIFORM ACTIVITIES is not responsible for delays
or issues from incorrect addresses.

No shipping to: Belarus, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan,
Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritius, Moldova, Nigeria, New Zealand, French
Polynesia, Serbia, South Africa, Ukraine, or Israel.

6.2 Delivery times
● Spain (Mainland): 3-5 business days
● Balearic Islands: 5-7 business days
● Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: 10-12 business days
● EU International: 5-10 business days
● Rest of World: 10-15 business days

Times are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances
(carriers, customs). The User will be informed of incidents
by the courier.

6.3 Shipping costs
● Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: Free or Fast Devilery with Express Domestic.
● Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: Shipping cost adjusted; include spanish taxes/duties
● International: Cost depends on country; local duties/taxes apply.

6.4 Carrier
Shipments are handled by DHL. If a package is lost, DHL manages
the claim process.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the User
has 14 calendar days from product receipt to withdraw from a purchase
without justification, except for cases in Art. 103 (e.g., customized
products, unsealed hygiene items such as underwear).

7.1 Withdrawal process
1. Notify decision via email: help@uniformactivities.com
2. Uniform Activities will provide instructions for return.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the User unless product
is defective or incorrect.

7.2 Refund
Once products are received and checked, Uniform Activities will
refund the amount (excluding initial shipping costs) within
14 calendar days, using the same payment method.

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

8.1 Defective or incorrect products
If defective or wrong, Uniform Activities will cover return costs
and send a replacement or issue a full refund. The User must notify
within 48 hours of receipt at help@uniformactivities.com.

8.2 Size or product changes
The User must return the item within 14 days and place a new order.
Return costs, shipping, taxes, and duties are the User’s responsibility.

9. LEGAL WARRANTY

Products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty from delivery, in
accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, for manufacturing
defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, or failure to
follow care instructions. Claims: help@uniformactivities.com.

10. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided by Users will be processed in accordance with
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018. See the Privacy
Policy for details. Data is kept for the purchase process, invoicing,
and legal obligations, up to 6 years (Commercial Code).

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content (images, texts, designs, logos, etc.) belongs to
Uniform Activities or authorized third parties, and is protected by
intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use is
forbidden without express consent.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Uniform Activities is not liable for:
● Damages from misuse of products
● Errors on the Website (e.g., incorrect prices), reserving the
right to cancel affected orders
● Delivery delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.)
